Responsibilities

: Reports directly to the CEO/Owner, the primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: Create and execute key sales and business development initiatives to increase sales pipeline. Collaborate in a team-based environment and execute upon agreed strategy Drive market share in a defined territory or industry vertical. Meet or exceed revenue goals and objectives Develop and execute against a comprehensive account plan. Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Navajo offerings. Work with internal partners to extend, reach & drive service. Manage RFP negotiations with Pricing. Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts. Ensure customer satisfaction. Expect Travel. KPI's (Key Performance Indicators): Revenue growth of your book of business Constant communication with the CEO as well as your account assigned CSR's/Director of CSR's. Previous experience in the Freight Industry is a must. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
