What you'll do (this is outside sales)

• Self-generate leads through neighborhood outreach/door knocking
• Run inspections, climb ladders, walk roofs, and document findings (photos/video)
• Help homeowners navigate the insurance process (we train you)
• Follow our sales process, update CRM daily, and run tight follow-through game
• Handle rejection professionally and stay consistent Non-negotiables (please don't apply without these)
• Valid driver's license + reliable, insured transportation
• Physically able to climb ladders/walk roofs and work outdoors in Texas weather
• Willing to do door-to-door outreach to create opportunities
• Coachable, disciplined, and accountable (no excuses culture)
• Able to pass a background check suitable for working in customers' homes
• Willing to commit at least 12 months (we invest heavily in training) Earnings: $70,000 - $350,000+. Seriously. Top performers build six-figure income through consistent activity and skill mastery.
