Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM-6:30 PM

Compensation

: Expected first-year earnings of $45,000-$55,000 (base pay plus commission) About the Position We are seeking an Entry Level Account Representative to support customer acquisition and account management initiatives for our telecom and energy clients in the Portland area. This is an entry-level position with training provided. Previous account management or sales experience is not required. We welcome candidates with experience in customer service, retail, restaurants, hospitality, or other customer-facing positions who are looking to develop new skills and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Meet with customers to discuss products and services
• Support customer acquisition and account growth
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign goals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
