Agency is expanding our Rhode Island office and hiring motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in the insurance industry. No insurance experience is required. We'll provide the training, licensing support, and mentorship needed to help you succeed. This is a full-time, in-office position with a competitive hourly wage, uncapped commission, and a clear path for advancement.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound calls from prospective clients
• Assist customers with Medicare Advantage and ancillary insurance products
• Learn our proven sales process through hands-on coaching
• Build lasting client relationships while helping seniors make informed healthcare decisions
• Participate in paid licensing and ongoing training What We Offer

• $400 licensing stipend upon successfully obtaining your resident health insurance license during your first week of training
