Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Job description: Account Executive Radio & Digital Advertising $50,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (This is a Sales Career, Not a Desk Job) Albany Broadcasting is hiring a driven Account Executive to sell radio and digital advertising solutions to local businesses. • Proactively prospect new business every day
• Make outbound calls, cold calls, schedule meetings, and present in person
• Sell on-air, digital and event advertising.
• Prospect, market, sell and service advertising to new businesses and build and maintain positive working relationships with existing clients.
• Create custom advertising strategies using radio + digital
• Ensure proper fulfillment of client advertising opportunities
• Own your pipeline, follow-up, and results
• Follow up with clients within 30 days to ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
• Ask for the business and close deals
• Build long-term client relationships through performance and trust WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Fast paced environment
• May involve evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Majority of shift is spent mobile in a vehicle
• Involves lots of traveling to visit clients Desired Attributes:

Requirements

:

• B2B sales experience preferred
• Media or digital advertising experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation to commute to clients and other offices.
• One to three years previous sales experience
• Must be detail oriented
• Must work well with little direction
