What You'll Do

• Engage with prospective clients through outside sales activities, community outreach, networking, referrals, and telemarketing campaigns to generate new business.
• Conduct thorough needs analyses to recommend appropriate life insurance and annuity solutions.
• Present personalized insurance recommendations based on each client's financial goals.
• Negotiate policy options and guide clients through the application process.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Manage sales administration, including maintaining accurate client records and policy documentation using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing initiatives to expand brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and applicable industry regulations.

Qualifications

Required

• Active Life Insurance License in good standing
• Experience selling Life Insurance and Annuity products
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Proven insurance sales experience
• Comfortable working as a 1099 Independent Contractor
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Professional, organized, and customer-focused
• Experience using CRM systems and digital communication tools Preferred
• Experience with outside sales and business development
• Experience generating leads through networking, referrals, community outreach, or telemarketing
• Strong consultative sales skills
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through policy placement
• Knowledge of compliance and industry regulations, including HIPAA where applicable
