As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling various insurance products while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business and expand client base.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products tailored to individual client requirements.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients to ensure satisfaction and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate sales administration records, including client interactions and policy details.
• Provide ongoing support and benefits administration to existing clients, ensuring they understand their coverage options.
• Utilize marketing strategies to promote insurance products through various channels, including telemarketing and community outreach.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or retail sales environments.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is preferred for handling sensitive client information.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Previous experience in sales administration is advantageous for managing client accounts efficiently.
