In-Home Sales Rep One-Call Closer (Roofing, Siding, Windows) NE Contractors | Southeastern PA & South Jersey | $100,000$200,000+ OTE | Uncapped Commission Pre-set appointments. Uncapped commission. You close, we fill your calendar. NE Contractors is a growing, GAF & CertainTeed certified residential exterior contractor, and we're scaling our residential division hard. We've built a dedicated in-house canvassing team whose only job is to fill your calendar with qualified, pre-set in-home appointments. We need closers who sit at the kitchen table and sign the deal that night. This is a one-call-close role. No babysitting cold leads, no month-long follow-up cycles. • Run pre-set, qualified in-home appointments for roofing, siding, and window replacement across our territory
• Close on the first visit present, build value, overcome objections, and sign the contract at the table
• Sell financing and monthly-payment options to fit homeowner budgets
• Know your products cold and win on value, not just price
• Own your numbers sit-to-close rate, revenue, and pipeline
• Represent NE Contractors with integrity in every home What we're looking for
• A proven one-call closer with in-home residential sales experience (exteriors, remodeling, solar, or similar high-ticket home sales)
• 3+ years of in-home sales experience preferred; 1 year required
• A documented close rate and personal revenue history you can speak to
• Fluency selling financing / monthly payments (GreenSky, Service Finance, Hearth, or similar)
• Product knowledge in roofing, siding, and/or windows or the drive to master it fast
• Someone who wants pre-set appointments and uncapped earnings not a salary and a chair
• Clean, ethical selling our reputation and reviews depend on it
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and availability for evening and weekend appointments (that's when homeowners are home) What we offer
