Overview

This is a salaried non-exempt, full-time position targeted at 40 hours per week. The role is expected to be onsite at the Post Falls Branch. This role reports to Brady Tommerup, Branch Manager. Core duties: 1) Sales & Project Management Support Data Entry, in Excel & Company ERP (WoodPro) Manage Sales PO# Spreadsheet Assist The Credit Department with Final Waiver inquiries Organize and scan customer delivery tickets Support the timely and accurate delivery of product to job sites Research and resolve administrative and logistic issues Provide responsive customer service for open jobs/projects 2) Administrative Support Manage outgoing and incoming mail, UPS labels and deliveries File and scan documents Manage vendor accounts, maintain office and break room supplies Manage Employee and Customer Swag, giveaways and other branding materials Perform miscellaneous administrative duties assigned s Desired qualifications: 3+ years of building materials and/or wholesale lumber industry experience required Operating modality that aligns with our guiding principles Outstanding performer with proven administrative experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams and web-based software. Proficiency with Wood Pro and Power BI, a plus. Strong data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Self-starter with the ability to ability to prioritize many urgent requests Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written; ability to interact with team members all levels Growth mindset and grinder orientation Willingness to contribute to building an energetic and exciting organization Pay: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
