Weekly pay No Draw Hourly plus Commission

Job Summary

Driveway Motors, LLC is one of the fastest growing used car dealerships committed to helping customers get approved and on the road. We're looking for motivated Sales Consultants who thrive in a fast- paced environment and are hungry to earn uncapped commissions.

Duties

• Generate at least 7 qualified leads per day through calls, follow-ups, and outreach on social media platforms.
• Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to new leads, past customers, and fresh inquiries.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers.
• Identify customer needs and match them with the right vehicle options.
• Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, along with entering in customer information, and maintaining accurate customer info.
• Work closely with management to structure deals for lender approval.
• Must meet or exceed sales goals of 7 plus units per month

Qualifications

• Previous auto sales experience is a must.
• Strong communication skills, follow-up discipline, and phone skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management processes is a plus.
• Must have the ability the ability to stay Organized, Focused, and Consistent
• Must be comfortable working with call quotas and lead generation goals.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets.
