Ryan Goolsby State Farm Hoover & Vestavia Hills, AL $60,000$100,000+/yr | Full-Time | Uncapped Commission This is the money role. If you already have your licenses and you know how to sell, this is where you come to get paid. Ryan Goolsby State Farm is a $12M agency with two locations (including a brand-new Vestavia Hills office opening March 1st), warm leads, a stacked marketing budget, and a culture that rewards hunters. What You'll Do

:

• Drive new business production across auto, home, life, and health lines
• Work inbound leads, referrals, and self-generated prospects to build your pipeline
• Quote, present, and close in person, on the phone, and via digital channels
• Conduct policy reviews with existing clients to identify coverage gaps
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly production goals
• Build relationships in the Birmingham community that generate long-term referral business
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless client handoffs What We're Looking For:
• Active Alabama Property & Casualty license required, non-negotiable
• Active Life & Health license required, non-negotiable
• Proven sales track record insurance, financial services, or high-ticket B2C
