• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the team to implement campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness across various channels.
• Negotiate deals with customers by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions that align with company goals.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in outside sales, business development, or marketing with a proactive attitude toward learning.
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; self-motivated with a drive for success.
• Previous retail sales or direct sales experience is a plus but not mandatoryenthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
