As an AT &T; Retail Sales Representative, you will introduce customers to the latest promotions, devices, and technology solutions while delivering a high-level customer experience inside major retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a retail environment and identify their needs
• Provide tailored solutions through professional recommendations
• Educate customers on AT&T; products, services, and features
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and team-oriented store atmosphere
• Close sales and maximize opportunities through add-ons and upgrades
• Hit and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
• Contribute to customer acquisition and retention growth
• Build strong working relationships with team members, store leadership, and market management

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and connect with customers confidently
• Full-time availability preferred (part-time considered for top candidates)
• Reliable transportation
