Job description: Inbound Leads | No Cold Prospecting We are building a next-generation insurance sales platform designed to connect consumers with the right coveragequickly, efficiently, and at scale. We're seeking licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Advisors who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment and want access to something most agents never get: A consistent flow of pre-qualified inbound customers who are actively shopping and ready to purchase. • Work exclusively with inbound, pre-qualified shoppers
• Engage customers who have already initiated the quoting process
• Focus on closing business and optimizing coverage , not chasing leads Your focus:
• Finalizing policy purchases
• Ensuring proper coverage selection
• Identifying bundling opportunities (home, auto, umbrella)
• Delivering a seamless and trusted buying experience

What You'll Do

• Work with inbound insurance shoppers ready to move forward with coverage
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate home, auto, and personal lines solutions
• Identify and close cross-sell and bundling opportunities
• Manage a high volume of quotes and policy transactions efficiently
• Provide clear, professional guidance to help customers make informed decisions
• Maintain accurate activity and policy records in CRM and agency systems
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends
• Collaborate with team members to drive overall performance and growth What Success Looks Like Top performers in this role:
• Consistently convert inbound opportunities into closed policies

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
• Strong ability to close business and identify cross-sell opportunities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong time management
• Comfortable navigating CRM and agency systems
• Self-driven with a competitive mindset and team-oriented approach
