This is not just another office job - you'll play an important role in helping keep our wholesale and retail operations running smoothly while supporting customers and dealership partners across the region. What You'll Be Doing

• Answer dealer and customer calls.
• Assist customers with tire orders, pricing, and product information.
• Order tires from manufacturers and vendors.
• Support retail operations and daily business activities.
• Process wholesale orders.
• Print shipping labels and coordinate order fulfillment.
• Work with automotive dealerships on promotions and inventory programs.
• Process tire adjustments and dealer credits.
• Assist with national account and government billing programs. What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel are a must have.
