Overview

As an RV Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases they'll ever make their RV. This role is about listening, understanding customer needs, and providing an exceptional buying experience. If you're motivated, outgoing, and love working with people, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the lot and in the showroom
• Build rapport and identify customer needs, wants, and budget
• Present and demonstrate RV features and benefits
• Guide customers through the sales process from start to finish
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to maximize opportunities
• Stay knowledgeable about RV models, features, and industry trends
• Work with the sales manager and team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience (automotive, RV, marine, or retail a plus)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong work ethic with a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to learn product details and explain them clearly to customers
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Basic computer and CRM skills
