The AT&T; Sales Associate will be the first point of contact between our clients and their business customers, representing AT&Twith; integrity and passion. You will be creating positive brand experiences, finding solutions to their unique needs, identifying opportunities to sell AT&T;'s products and services. Above all you will be a key in contributing to the success and growth of the company, driving a high level of customer satisfaction and long- term retention. What you'll be doing as an AT &T; Sales Associate:

• Act as the primary point of contact for AT&T; business customers, actively listening to their needs, offering solutions based on your knowledge of services and products we have available.
• Follow up on potential leads to present AT&T; products and services, driving the sales closing rate and create valuable relationships for long-term retention.
• Inform these businesses of current and upcoming pricing advantages and promotions they can acquire.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities to upsell products to businesses, providing a positive and full customer experience, driving engagement and satisfaction.
• Foster long-term relationships with businesses by presenting a unique experience tailored to their needs, building trust and giving on-going support to exceed customer satisfaction. What We Can Provide You With:

• Experience in a similar position such as: customer service, sales, or any customer-facing role
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written to successfully convey information to customers.

• Ability to comfortably commute to our office.
