Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will lead, train, and motivate a team of residential sales representatives. Your role is to drive sales performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a culture of accountability, growth, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential sales team
• Train new and existing sales reps on our proven sales process and CRM system (Acculynx)
• Monitor individual and team performance (closing rates, revenue, customer satisfaction)
• Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals and hold team members accountable
• Support reps with estimates, inspections, follow-ups, and deal closing
• Drive lead generation efforts and coach reps on self-generated opportunities
• Coordinate with the production and operations team to ensure smooth job handoffs
• Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain high ethical standards

Requirements

:

• Proven experience in sales management (construction, roofing, or home improvement preferred)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient with CRM tools (experience with Acculynx a plus)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
