SALES & LENDING ASSOCIATE PAWN & JEWELRY At Parker Pawn & Jewelry, no two days are the same. • Must be available to work Saturdays
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work at all three store locations
• Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check --- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
• Facilitate pawn loans and evaluate collateral
• Negotiate purchases and resale pricing
• Appraise merchandise for purchase or resale
• Monitor market trends to maintain competitive pricing
• Work toward and exceed individual sales targets
• Promote inventory through online marketplaces
• Demonstrate product knowledge across categories (jewelry, electronics, tools, etc.)
• Test and verify merchandise functionality
• Manage account collections and follow-ups
• Operate point-of-sale and inventory management systems
• Maintain strong attention to detail in all transactions
