Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Solutions Engineer to support customer-facing solution design, product demonstrations, and technical discovery activities. This opening is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technology + business problem solving, and wants hands-on experience in enterprise SaaS, life sciences workflows, and modern cloud platforms. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to help build and present solutions that solve real-world clinical operations challenges.
What You Will Do
As a Solutions Engineer, you will support a variety of high-impact activities, including: Customer & Pre-Sales Support
- Assist in preparing product demonstrations for life sciences prospects and customers
- Help tailor demo environments to specific customer use cases and workflows
- Support discovery sessions by documenting requirements and business workflows
- Participate in solution mapping for CTMS, eTMF, EDC, Safety, and trial financial workflows
- Conduct customized demo of Cloudbyz products including CTMS, CTFM, eTMF, EDC, Safety & Pharmacovigilance, Patient Recruitment and AI
- Follow up and arrange demo sessions with prospects and customers
- Create proposals, contracts, statements of works and walk through the proposals to prospects
- Collaborate with contracts department and customer on-boarding teams to support customer onboarding Solution Design & Configuration
- Support Salesforce-based configuration activities for trial workflows and dashboards
- Help build sample study setups, site workflows, milestone tracking, and reporting
- Assist with solution documentation, diagrams, and customer-facing artifacts RFP / Proposal Support
- Help draft and structure responses to RFPs and security questionnaires
- Assist in creating solution narratives and value-based messaging
- Contribute to proposal content related to clinical operations and platform capabilities Product & Engineering Collaboration
- Provide feedback to Product based on prospect needs and demo learnings
- Help validate feature workflows and identify gaps or improvements
- Support internal enablement material creation (demo scripts, quick guides, FAQs) What You Will Learn This opening provides real exposure to:

Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, or related field
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and comfort working with structured processes
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Salesforce (Admin, App Builder, Apex basics, or Trailhead)
- Interest in Life Sciences, Clinical Trials, Healthcare IT, or SaaS
- Experience with:
- Business analysis, workflow mapping, or customer-facing projects
- Data tools (Excel, dashboards, reporting)
- Technical documentation, diagrams, or presentation building
- Prior internship experience in SaaS, consulting, healthcare, or enterprise software Key Skills
- Solution thinking and structured problem solving
- Strong presentation and demo preparation capability
- Ability to translate requirements into workflows
- Comfort working with multiple teams (Sales, Product, Engineering)
