Job Description

This is a $70,000 (or more!) total compensation opportunity, including base salary plus commission. You are applying to work with one of the best agencies Allstate has to offer! As an Insurance Service Professional, you will service our local Allstate agency by engaging with current customers and the community. You will apply customer service skills to increase the customer's understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

Responsibilities

• Service existing insurance customers with payments, questions
• Cross-sell/upsell to current customers
• Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
• Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life's uncertainties
• Educate current customers on how to protect their families and assets
• Provide a positive customer experience Job

Qualifications

• Must have insurance customer service experience
• Must be licensed in Property & Casualty
• Confident, motivated individual
• Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

is typically offered as base + commission and will depend on the agency and your experience. The Service Professional opportunity is not an employment opportunity directly with Allstate Insurance Company, but employment as a staff with Allstate Exclusive Agents who are independent contractors. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
