Outside Sales Representative Industrial Equipment

• Uncapped Commission + Territory Ownership Charlotte, NC | Field-Based OWN YOUR INCOME. OWN YOUR TERRITORY. Most sales jobs give you one or the other. This one gives you both.
• $45K base + uncapped commission
• Full territory ownership

• Prospect daily (1520 touches)
• Walk into facilities and identify operational gaps
• Sell industrial equipment + automation solutions
• Work directly with Operations Managers, Directors, Executives
• Build ROI-driven proposals
• Close long-cycle capital deal
• Building long-term customer relationships
• Drive real operational impact WHAT TOP PERFORMERS ACTUALLY DO HERE
• Build their own book of business within 612 months
• Turn first meetings into long-term accounts

• $45,000 Base
