Salary: $19 - 24 per hour + none Reference: S_177326 We're hiring an Inside Sales and Warehouse Associate for a growing safety supply distributor in the Madison area. If you are looking for a hands-on role where you can learn multiple sides of a business from logistics to customer support, this is a great opportunity for you. In this role, you will help support the local operations team by ensuring orders are accurately processed and customers receive top-tier service. Highlights:

• Pay rate: $19-24/hr
• Schedule: First shift, Monday through Friday
• Location: Madison, WI

Responsibilities

:

• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments accurately
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking needs
• Manage shipping documentation including packing lists and labels
• Answer incoming phone calls, assist with counter sales, and enter orders
• Provide timely quotes, orders, and estimated arrival times to accounts

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• A desire to learn and a strong interest in supply chain or distribution
• Great attention to detail when managing paperwork
