Compensation

• Base Salary

• Uncapped Earnings Most successful reps earn between:
• $80,000-$90,000+ on the lower end
• $100,000-$150,000+ for strong performers
• $250,000+ for top producers Our compensation package typically equals approximately 10%-13% of gross sales through a combination of salary, commissions, and bonuses.

What You'll Do

• Conduct exterior inspections for roofing, siding, windows, and gutters
• Build relationships with homeowners
• Create project opportunities through company-provided leads and self-generated efforts
• Present solutions and close sales
• Maintain accurate documentation within company systems
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Participate in team training, meetings, and coaching
• Follow company sales processes and best practices
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Inside Sales Support to create an exceptional customer experience What We're Looking For
• Experience in Sales preferred
• Roofing, siding, remodeling, home improvement, insurance restoration, or in-home sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Competitive but team-oriented
• Comfortable using technology, CRMs, mobile apps, AI tools, and digital sales systems
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to follow processes and communicate effectively with support teams
