Duties

• Engage in warm calling and prospecting to identify new business opportunities within targeted markets.
• Present compelling pest control solutions to potential clients, emphasizing benefits and value propositions.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements with B2B clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Manage existing accounts through proactive communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Utilize CRM tools such as Smarter Launch to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand product features, troubleshoot client issues, and provide tailored solutions.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.
• D2D sales

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales and D2D, preferably service-based industries such as pest control or related fields.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and writtenthat foster trust and clarity with clients.
• Demonstrated ability in business development, account management, and sales strategy execution.
• Familiarity with marketing principles and techniques for lead generation and brand positioning.
