Job Summary

We are looking for motivated Auto Parts Sales Professional to join our team! In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers seeking auto parts and accessories, helping them find the right solutions to keep their vehicles running smoothly. Your enthusiasm, product knowledge, and excellent communication skills will drive sales and foster long-term customer relationships. This paid position offers opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting auto parts and accessories that meet their vehicle needs through knowledgeable guidance and expert advice
• Manage inventory levels, stock parts efficiently, and ensure accurate order fulfillment using inventory management systems and POS (Point of Sale) tools
• Negotiate prices and terms with customers to maximize sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain organized stock areas, monitor inventory control, and update records Provide excellent customer service by answering questions via phone or in person, demonstrating strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
• Support marketing efforts by promoting special offers, new products, and dealership services to boost sales volume Experience
• Proven auto parts sales experience in retail or dealership environments
• Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle parts names and locations on the vehicle
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and POS operations
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
• Previous experience in dealership auto parts sales or automotive service centers is preferred
• Demonstrated negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth Payroll Pay is a weekly salary plus monthly commission based on your performance. You will not be limited on what you can make. The more you sell, the more you make. It's up to you!! Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
