Massage Envy Lincoln RI Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, helping people, and being rewarded for your performance? Massage Envy Lincoln is looking for a confident, goal-oriented Sales & Guest Experience Lead / Key Holder to join our team. In this role, you'll be more than the first face guests see. You'll help clients understand the value of regular wellness care, sell Massage Envy memberships, recommend services and retail products, support daily clinic operations, and help create an excellent guest experience from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone with retail sales, hospitality, fitness, spa, beauty, or membership sales experience who wants to grow in a wellness-focused environment. What We Offer

What You'll Do

As a Sales & Guest Experience Lead, you'll help drive membership growth while creating a welcoming, professional experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

include:

• Selling Massage Envy Wellness Program memberships by educating guests on the value of routine self-care
• Building relationships with guests and matching them with services that support their wellness goals
• Recommending upgrades, future appointments, and retail products based on provider recommendations
• Supporting sales goals through in-person conversations, phone calls, emails, and guest follow-up
• Greeting guests, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting with check-in/check-out
• Helping maintain smooth clinic flow during busy shifts
• Opening and/or closing the clinic as a trusted key holder
• Supporting daily operations, guest satisfaction, and team communication
• Helping retain members by delivering excellent service and problem-solving with care Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is positive, dependable, sales-driven, and comfortable talking with guests about memberships, services, and products. Qualified candidates should have:
• Previous sales experience is required
• Previous retail, membership, hospitality, fitness, spa, or beauty experience is preferred
• A strong ability to connect with people and build trust quickly
• Confidence discussing pricing, promotions, memberships, and wellness plans
• A goal-oriented mindset and motivation to earn bonuses
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong multitasking, math, and computer skills
• A professional, team-focused attitude
• Interest in massage, skincare, stretch, and total body wellness
