Jorge Munoz began our program approximately 30 days ago and has 4 people that he is actively working with in the field and 1 potential listing! There are a lot of brokerages and agents that follow the shiny penny everywhere it goes: This new CRM, that new lead source, etc. The problem is, they don't know how to close deals and so it doesn't even matter what they do. You 1st Realty is looking for agents committed to real estate and growing their business. Training, mentorship, and handholding you through the process is what creates the results you are wanting! Here is what we are looking for: Committed. As a member of our core team, your expectations should be high as w demand more of our agents. There are trainings, meetings, and coaching sessions that are required as part of the position. Coachable. There is a 90% failure rate for 1st year agents. This is because most brokerages don't teach agents how to run a business and leave them out to dry with nothing more than pointless meetings. Are you able to learn things quickly and adapt them to your business? Are you ok with your work being critiqued? Being a student in this game is critical to learning the right way to do business.
