• Running roof inspections
• Sitting at the table

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home roofing consultations and inspections
• Build estimates using RoofSnap and JobNimbus
• Present clean, confident options to homeowners
• Close residential roofing projects (retail & insurance)
• Manage your pipeline with discipline and accuracy
• Partner with Inside Sales, Production, and Operations to deliver a top-tier customer experience Who Thrives Here
• 1+ year of in-home or outside sales (roofing, solar, HVAC, windows, pest, alarms, home improvement)
• Comfortable on roofs, ladders, and job sites
• Confident and professional in money conversations
