Muscular Moving Men & Storage is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Business Development Representative to help expand our network of referral partners and strengthen existing business relationships throughout the greater Phoenix area. This role plays a critical part in growing our presence within the senior living community, including assisted living, independent living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and other senior-focused organizations. While senior living will be a primary area of focus, the position will also support partnerships with real estate professionals, apartment communities, storage facilities, healthcare providers, and other referral sources. Whether your background is in senior living, healthcare outreach, community relations, admissions, business development, marketing, or account management, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, with a strong focus on assisted living, independent living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and other senior-focused organizations.
• Conduct regular in-person visits, meetings, presentations, and networking activities throughout the community.
• Build meaningful relationships with Executive Directors, Admissions Coordinators, Community Relations Directors, Healthcare Professionals, and other key decision-makers.
• Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities.
• Attend industry events, senior living networking groups, community functions, and company-sponsored events.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for referral partners and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement business development and marketing initiatives.
• Track partnership activity and maintain accurate records within company systems.
• Help increase brand awareness and keep Muscular Moving Men top-of-mind within the community. What We're Looking For
• Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, healthcare outreach, admissions, community relations, business development, sales, marketing, account management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable networking and meeting with professionals in person.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Positive attitude and professional presentation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Experience

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
