Zaphire Enterprise, Inc. is a sales and customer acquisition firm based in Moorestown, NJ, partnering with Verizon to connect customers with reliable internet solutions. We work directly with customers to provide personalized service, explain available products, and help individuals choose communication services that fit their needs. We are currently hiring a Verizon Sales Representative to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building customer relationships, and developing sales and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. As a Verizon Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers to introduce Verizon internet services, explain available plans, answer questions, and guide customers through service selections and account activations. This role combines customer service, consultative sales, and relationship-building while contributing to customer acquisition and sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers face-to-face to present Verizon internet solutions.
• Learn about each customer's communication needs and recommend products and service plans that best fit their lifestyle.
• Explain Verizon plans, pricing, promotions, and service features clearly and professionally.
• Assist eligible customers with available discounts, promotions, and account savings opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, completed sales, and account updates.
• Collaborate with fellow Verizon Sales Representatives and leadership to support customer acquisition and achieve sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing Verizon Sales Representative training focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.

Qualifications

of the Verizon Sales Representative

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable learning about smartphones, wireless technology, and Verizon products.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to build rapport and provide a professional customer experience.
