Sales & Repair Technician Job

Overview

: We are looking for a self-motivated Sales & Repair Technician to diagnose, maintain and repair cell phones and tablets for our customers. We are looking for someone who could float between our North OKC stores and our Norman store if needed. You will be the one to ensure that exceptional service is delivered to our customers. Duties and Responsibilities

:

• Maintain a high level of customer service with each guest
• Upsell other products and services related to repairs and electronics including accessories and protection plans
• Troubleshoot and test various models of cell phones and tablets
• Repair defective parts on customer cell phones and tablets
• Perform retention duties in order to build relationships with out customers
• Document all work conducted in accordance with policies
• Be able to work independently and within a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications

:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation
• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience Job Type: Full-time Experience:
• 1 year previous retail sales experience required
• 1 year previous cell phone repair experience required Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
