Qualifications

• Strong time management, good prioritizing & team player
• Superior oral and written communication skills - able to create client relationships
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities with a professional attitude
• Strong ownership, positive attitude and self motivated - coupled with strong accountability for task
• Calendar management - keeping track of timelines
• Setting up inspections, coordinating settlements, following up with Lenders, deposits, commitments
• Real Estate Experience Required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
