Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial individual in Oklahoma City to join our team in a structured program designed for professional growth within the insurance industry. In this role, you'll work alongside an experienced agent and receive hands-on training while progressing and developing your skills as an agent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects by providing tailored insurance solutions
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and proactive prospecting
• Quote and sell a range of products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial coverage
• Support policy reviews and deliver strong customer service to retain and grow client relationships
• Gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations and leadership of a high-performing insurance office
• Work closely with an experienced agent for ongoing training and mentorship

Requirements

• Ability to successfully pass a background check
• Willingness to obtain an Oklahoma Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Willingness to obtain an Oklahoma Life & Health Insurance License
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
