What You'll Do

As a Territory Service Sales Representative, you'll be the trusted partner for our largest revenuegenerating customers. Your mission is to maximize retention, uncover repair opportunities, and grow account relationships while delivering a worldclass customer experience. You will:

• Drive revenue growth by identifying service and repair opportunities with core and prospective customers
• Build longterm, consultative relationships with key decision makers
• Develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs and align with FleetPride's capabilities
• Monitor account performance, KPIs, and growth milestones
• Prospect and onboard new customers into the FleetPride network
• Analyze customer data to guide strategic discussions and identify new opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM data and manage the sales pipeline effectively
• Collaborate with service center leadership on strategy, performance, and customer retention

What You Bring

We're looking for someone passionate about the heavyduty industry and skilled at building trust with customers. You'll be successful here if you have:

• Prior experience in Heavy Duty Class A Service (REQUIRED)
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in the HD service industry
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• 3+ years of B2B or outside sales experience (preferred)
• Professionalism, strong communication, and customerfocused mindset
• Experience using CRM systems & basic MS Office skills
