• Salary: $80,000 - $95,000+ annually, depending on experience

Qualifications

:

• License: Active Life & Health License
• Industry Experience: 2+ years of employee benefits account manager experience with a retail brokerage/independent agent.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience working with self-funded, level-funded, and fully insured groups. Group sizes range from 50-200 lives.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with BenefitPoint is a HUGE PLUS!
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities. Core

Responsibilities

:

• Client Partnership: Serve as the primary client relationship manager and build a trusting relationship with clear expectations.
• Renewal Management: Responsible for leading the renewal lifecycle and working closely with carriers
• Management: Arrange and lead meetings between carriers and clients for enrollments
