• Coach team members on connecting with customers and sales tactics.
• Answer customer questions and recommend tailored services based on individual needs.
• Assist customers through the enrollment process with precision and care.
• Build positive customer relationships while delivering excellent, trustworthy service.
• Work alongside team leaders to achieve daily and weekly performance goals.
