Bilingual Sales Specialist Full Time (St. George, UT)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Sales Specialist to join our supportive retail team in St. George. This is a sales-driven role not a cashier job. You will play a key part in helping customers find the right furniture, appliances, electronics, and more while consistently meeting sales and collections goals. Key Responsibilities

(include but not limited to):

• Deliver excellent customer service and guide customers through purchasing decisions
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features/benefits clearly
• Drive sales upsell, cross-sell, and consistently work to meet and exceed targets
• Perform daily over-the-phone collections with professionalism and persistence
• Operate POS systems for sales transactions and payment processing
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, stocked, and properly priced
• Build lasting customer relationships and foster teamwork with coworkers
• Follow company policies and maintain a safe, professional environment What We're Looking For
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)

• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior sales experience is required. (3-5 Years Preferred) Must work Saturdays and weekdays (except Sunday & Thursday). We are closed on major holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Typical Schedule: Sun - Closed Mon - 9:50-7:10 Tue - 9:50-7:10 Wed - 9:50-7:10 Thu - OFF Fri - 9:50-7:10 Sat - 9:50-6:10 Lunch - 1:00 pm-2:00 pm Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Application Question(s):
