Responsibilities

:

• Obtain new Mobile Home listings for both quantity and quality each week
• Maintain professional relationship with our clients throughout the purchase or selling process
• MUST have GOOD COMPUTER SKILLS
• Must have good negotiation skills
• Respond promptly to phone, email and text communications with current and prospective customers
• Generate new listings and follow-up on sales leads from various sources
• Maintain company expectations of customer service and satisfaction
• Set and manage appointments with customers and potential buyers
• Maintain high availability for customers and potential buyers.
• Create and process Listing and Sales Contracts accurately and professionally. Personal Characteristics :
