What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Learn customer needs and recommend creative custom solutions
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations
• Manage customer communications throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to bring projects to life
• Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
• Maintain CRM records and sales activity
• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance objectives What We're Looking For
• Proven success in sales, business development, account management, customer service, or other customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Bonus Points For
• Experience in retail displays, store fixtures, packaging, printing, manufacturing, or related industries
• CRM experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
