Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in an Insurance customer service role.. Licensing: Possession of an active Oklahoma state insurance license is required.. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Customer-Focused: Passion for providing outstanding customer service and solutions. Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model, combining office and remote work environments. Team-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using customer management software and other digital tools.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their commercial insurance needs are met and exceeded. Account Management: Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Policy Review: Conduct thorough reviews of client insurance policies and recommend enhancements where necessary. Renewal Processing: Oversee policy renewals and ensure timely and accurate processing to maintain continuous coverage. Problem Solving: Implement effective solutions for account-related issues while providing exceptional customer service. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team and underwriters to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
