Job Title: Senior Roofing Sales Representative (Storm Restoration Specialist) Pay: $100,000 $150,000+ per year (Commission + Bonuses) Top performers exceed $150K+

Guardian Roofing & Siding is expanding. We're a 15-year, privately owned company with a strong reputation in storm restoration across PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, and VA. Our growth is creating an opportunity for experienced roofing sales professionals who know how to work storm damage claims and close at a high level. This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for proven producers who want more - more support, more opportunity, and more income. What You'll Do

• Generate and manage storm restoration opportunities
• Perform roof inspections and identify storm damage
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process
• Build trust and educate customers on scope and options
• Close deals and manage projects through completion
• Communicate with internal and external partners professionally
• Handle contracts, photos, material orders, etc
• Maintain strong referral relationships What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in roofing or storm restoration sales
• Strong understanding of insurance claims process
• Track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets
• Ability to navigate various applications and manage CRM data
• High level of self-motivation and accountability
• Comfortable working in the field and on roofs
• Valid driver's license
