We are currently hiring an experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative for our Denver, CO location. This position services customers with information, product exchanges or repairs in a timely, helpful friendly manner. Job

Responsibilities

:

• Provide an exceptional level of customer service.
• Handle a moderate volume of inbound calls related to heavy duty parts
• Work to establish business relationships with customers, able to speak the customer's language.
• Know how to access information on our products and stay up to date on product and industry changes
• Aid sales representatives with research of products, pricing, availability, and applications
• Handle and process the incoming and outgoing of parts and product Job

Requirements

:

• Previous experience in a customer support role with strong communication skills
• Experience with heavy duty parts or tank truck equipment is a big plus
• Must have a technical aptitude with an ability to learn products
• Proficient in MS Office and other computer functions
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position
• Bilingual fluent in Spanish is a plus D&W; Diesel, Inc. is employee owned, $130 million business with over 350 employees in 8 locations. Compensation

Range: $23 - $26.50 hour
