You'll be the central hub connecting customers, drivers, and management to keep our routes efficient and our clients happy. • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Provide quotes, explain rental options, and guide customers to the right solutions.
• Create and maintain customer accounts, service agreements, and rental documentation through our cloud-based field-service and management software.
• Follow up on leads, expiring contracts, and upcoming events to secure rentals.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, event planners, and recurring clients.
• Schedule daily routes for delivery drivers, and field technitions ensuring efficiency and timely service.
• Adjust routes throughout the day based on emergencies, add-on services, or delays.
• Communicate clearly with delivery drivers and field technicians regarding assignments, changes, and customer needs.
• Track inventory of products and supplies to ensure availability.
• Coordinate delivery, pickup, cleaning, and rental service schedules for all field technicians Pay: $65,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
