Come Join our Growing Team Invoice Integrators is seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Representative/ Appointment Setter to join our growing Scottsdale office. We're scaling fast and need an energetic, phone-savvy pro to help grow our customer base. You'll step into a proven, fully-built sales system defined pipeline, tested scripts, objection-handling playbooks, and training collateral built from thousands of live calls. We know exactly who our customer is and how to move them from first call to closed deal. Follow the system, and you'll win we'll train you on every step. What You'll Do

:

• Engage Prospects Nationwide: Make outbound calls to warm leads across all 50 states.
• Set Appointments: Book qualified meetings for our sales teamtarget of 2 per day.
• Pitch the Value: Share the benefits of our integrated invoicing and payment solutions.
• Update CRM: Log all interactions and lead updates in HubSpot.
• Collaborate: Work closely with sales to ensure seamless handoff from lead to close.

What You Bring

:

• Availability: Full-time | MonFri | 7:30 AM 4:30 PM
• Dialing Mentality: You must want to be on the phone80+ calls/day.
• Reliable Transportation: To our Scottsdale office.
• Self-Starter Energy: You take initiative and hit your numbers without being micromanaged.
• Strong Communicator: You're confident, concise, and know how to carry a conversation.
• Tech Skills: CRM (especially HubSpot), Email, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience: Background in outbound sales or lead gen is strongly preferred.

Compensation

& Perks:

• Base Salary: $52,000/year (DOE)
• Commission: Commission above base salary will be awarded based on exceeding a defined monthly KPI target.
