What You'll Actually Do Here:

• Be the first point of contact for incoming leads
• Guide clients through our sales pipeline so they don't get lost in the forest of Do I need a crane? and What is a snow load?
• Answer questions, schedule calls, follow up like a respectful menace
• Work with design, engineering, and operations to keep clients moving toward contracts
• Keep immaculate notes in our CRM
• Learn our product line so well you can talk Shastas and Bozemans in your sleep
• Bring solutions, energy, and accountability
• Be hungry. Be coachable. Be ready to grow. What Makes You a Fit:
