Business Development Manager / Director Rolling Mill Services / Mill Service Director (Callery, PA / Field-Based) A Business Development Manager Rolling Mill Services is required to join a leading industrial metals and mill service company. This is a high-impact, senior leadership role combining direct selling, business development, and technical oversight. The role focuses on rolling mill services, managing key accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with customers while supporting internal teams and operations. Package

• Base: $150,000$160,000
• Bonus: 20% annual

• Lead Mill Service Solutions business with a focus on rolling mill equipment, roll shops, and service offerings.
• Directly manage a small team including estimators and sales staff while performing direct selling and business development.
• Maintain and grow key customer accounts, develop previously lost accounts, and establish new market opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Customer Service) to ensure project delivery, quoting, and client satisfaction.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract execution in line with profitability targets.
• Track sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, order intake, and provide insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 510 years of experience in industrial metals, rolling mill operations, or mill services.
• Strong technical knowledge of rolling mill equipment and the ability to understand and explain plant-floor processes.
• Proven experience in sales, estimating, quoting, and client relationship management.
• Engineering degree required; hands-on experience in plant operations is helpful.
• Experience managing small teams and leading cross-functional stakeholders.
• Professional and polished with executive-level presentation and reporting skills.
• U.S.-based with willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
