Either position requires weekend availability (both Saturdays and Sundays). The Good Feet Store seeks empathetic and results-focused Sales Associates - known in our stores as Arch Support Specialists - who are motivated to build a long-term career in sales. What You'll Do

:

• Create a professional, engaging, and solution-oriented experience for every client interaction.
• Conduct personalized assessments to understand each client's lifestyle, concerns, and support needs.
• Match clients with personalized product solutions and ensure accurate fittings.
• Perform client outreach and follow-up to generate repeat business and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Consistently reach sales targets and achieving business-driven key performance indicators (KPIs).

Compensation

:

• $2023/hour plus uncapped commission

Requirements

: Job Specifications:

• 1-year minimum retail experience: commission-based/quota-driven and consultative sales experience required
• Excellent communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills (positive, approachable, and empathetic)
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people
• Weekends required (both Saturday and Sunday - our busiest days!) Physical

Requirements
