P.S.G. Arizona is hiring a Fiber Sales Associate to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you'll work directly with AT&T; Fiber, connecting customers to fast, reliable fiber internet through hands-on outreach, account management, and order follow-through. As a Fiber Sales Associate, you'll be the face of AT&T; Fiber in the field introducing customers to our fiber services, managing accounts from enrollment through activation, and making sure every customer has a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. Responsibilities

:

• Conduct customer outreach to introduce AT&T; Fiber services and generate new sales
• Guide customers through the fiber enrollment process and complete accurate order entry
• Manage customer accounts and follow through on orders to ensure successful installation
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns throughout the sales process
• Build lasting customer relationships through clear, professional communication
• Track personal sales performance and report progress regularly
• Stay current on fiber product offerings, pricing, and promotions Fiber Sales Associate

Requirements

:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset
• Comfortable managing multiple customer accounts and following through on details
• Basic understanding of fiber internet or telecommunications products a plus
