Outside Sales Representative | $100,000 First-Year Earning Potential | Paid Training + Uncapped Commission | Company Truck & Leads Provided C & C Family roofing & Siding is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to help homeowners across Hatboro area with trusted roofing solutions. This role is ideal for a driven, self-motivated sales professional who wants paid training, real lead support, and the opportunity to build a high-income career with an established roofing company. You'll actively seek out and engage prospective customers, conduct inspections, and present roofing solutions that meet their needs while driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. What you'll do

• Prospect, present, and sell roofing products and services to new and existing customers
• Meet with homeowners to assess needs and recommend the right roofing solution
• Conduct roof inspections and clearly explain products, process, and value
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead follow-up to signed agreement
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process
• Resolve customer questions quickly and professionally
• Track sales activity, territory performance, and pipeline progress
• Stay current on market conditions, product knowledge, and competitors
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to maximize results What we're looking for
• Sales experience preferred; roofing, home services, or related industry a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Highly motivated, competitive, and target-driven
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Familiarity with CRM systems; AccuLynx experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to travel locally throughout the service area
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills What we offer
